Night attacks of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) on Ukraine using hypersonic missiles "Dagger" and Kh-22 did not meet with effective resistance from the Ukrainian armed forces. This is evidenced by the official statement of the Ukrainian Air Force.

According to the information provided, during the night attack, Tu-22M3 bombers were involved, which launched three Kh-22 cruise missiles from the Sea of ​​Azov. In turn, three Kh-31 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles were launched from the MiG-47K. The Ukrainian Armed Forces appear to have been unable to successfully shoot down any of these missiles.

In addition, it is noted that launches of four attack drones were recorded. Of this number, three unmanned aerial vehicles were successfully shot down by Ukrainian air defense systems.

Ukraine's air defense systems proved to be ineffective in the confrontation with Russia's hypersonic missiles. However, the Russian side has not yet confirmed the night use of hypersonic weapons tonight.
